'Yes I Am Being Bullied': Christopher Maloney Launches Twitter Rant Against 'Abusive' Behaviour Reports

Former X Factor finalist Christopher Maloney appeared to launch into a Twitter rant last night as James Arthur was crowned winner of the show.

Following is exit from the show on Saturday when he came in at third place, reports started to suggest that Chris wouldn't be performing with the rest of this year's finalists on Sunday night. The reports were later confirmed when a rep told us:

"Chris decided he no longer wanted to be part of The X Factor Final and has gone back to Liverpool."

Appearing to hit out at the claims in a series of angry tweets, Christopher told his fans that the reason why he couldn't perform was because he had a "sore throat".

Chris then went on to blast the media, tweeting:

take no notice of crap in papers! I'm fine. it's just a final stretch of sensational headlines lol. whatever xx we know the truth xx

He then cryptically implied that he was being "bullied", posting:

yes I am being bullied! big time. there u go xx witch hunt xx

With his rant overm Chris then went on to thank his fans for their support, writing

In between his angry tweets, the singer also hit out at former finalist Carolynne Poole in a tweet (which has now been deleted) saying: "@CarolynnePoole you'll do anything to get a headline! disgraceful! week one! bitter", after she tweeted:

"X Factor can also create monsters it would seem!"
