The Saturdays star Rochelle Wiseman has opened up about the moment her pop star boyfriend Marvin Humes asked for her hand in marriage, revealing he proposed during a New Year vacation in the Caribbean.
JLS singer Humes popped the question during a romantic holiday in Antigua and the couple announced the engagement on New Year's Eve.
Wiseman confirmed the happy news in a message on her Twitter.com page, posting a picture of the lovers on a beach, sharing a toast with her new engagement ring clearly visible.
She writes in the accompanying caption, "It's official Marvin proposed 2 (sic) me 2day (today), wanted 2 tell u (sic) b4 (before) some1 (sic) else did! So excited 2 b (sic) Mrs Humes."
Wiseman's The Saturdays bandmate Una Healy was quick to post a congratulatory message, writing, "Congratulations to our gorgeous Rochelle and her lovely Marvin on their engagement, so happy for them ."
Humes' JLS co-star Oritse Williams adds, "First JLS marriage!!... Marv and Roch!! That's married swag... Congrats!!!"
