WENN /ITVIt was her first day as a permanent X Factor judge and Nicole Scherzinger was already in tears, but it wasn't because she wasn't getting on with her fellow judges, Tulisa Contostavlos, Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow, or because she wasn't coping. It was all down to 16 year-old hopeful Ella Henderson.
The talented teen, who had impressed the judges with her audition, impressed them again as she sang for her place for the judges houses stage.
Whilst the audience rose to their feet to praise the hopeful who performed her rendition of Cher's 'Believe', Nicole was seen sobbing away, telling her fellow judges after Ellla left the stage:
"You can’t judge that you just have to be honoured. We can’t touch her, we just have to be in awe of her. I’m done."

Commending Ella on her song choice, Gary who appeared more composed than Nicole added:
"I’ve got to say, when I read you were going to sing that song, if I was going to have a top five of the most annoying songs of all time, that would come fairly close to the top for me, but today I would pay lots of money to hear that version of the song again. That was amazing, well done."
With a performance like that, it was no surprise that Ella's name was called out to be one of the six in her category to head to the next round.
