Tulisa opened up about her ‘relationship rules’ in a strikingly honest interview with Cosmopolitan, revealing “I won’t sleep with someone unless I’m in love.”
The X Factor judge said that she has strict guidelines when it comes to having sex and that she has to be in a loving relationship with someone before even beginning to contemplate it.
Tulisa said she’s actually very reserved when it comes to sleeping with someone, revealing, “I have to know that I’ve either fallen in love or I can fall in love with this man before I take that step.”

She acknowledged that in the past she has made mistakes and slept with men far too early on in the relationship, but that she has learnt from her former self.
Speaking with the magazine about her sex tape ordeal Tulisa stated that she felt completely “violated” and that she endured a lot of pain in the immediate aftermath of the leak. She said “It was the most humiliating thing for me… it was devastating.”
The X Factor judge has endured a troublesome love life in the past few years, only splitting from Jack O’Connell earlier this year, but the 'Young' singer has realised that she’s content being single and that she's “actually alright without anybody.”
She continued to say O’Connell has restored her faith in men and shown her that “there are still good guys out there.”
