We knew that X Factor supremo Simon Cowell was vain, but his new facial regime to stay young really out does the teeth, botox and perma tan as he is reportedly getting regular sheep placenta facials.
The facial, made from the stem cells from specialised New Zealand reared sheep, costs a staggering £330 per treatment which Si believes will rejuvenate his tired 52 year-old skin.
“Simon is forever trawling the health and beauty market, looking for all the latest fads,” a source told The Sun.
“He’s tried vitamin injections, drips, detoxes, smoothies, Botox and massages, but after reading rave reviews about placenta facials, decided he had to give them a go.
“He reckons they take years off his complexion, and give him back the shine and joie de vivre long hours and smoking take away.”

The facial even carries a gold standard as it is smeared on in a gel mixed with 24 carat gold flakes. The treatment is carried out at celeb favourite the Beverly Hills Lancer dermatology clinic with Lancer therapist Linda letting it slip on ITV 1's Lorranie that the TV mogul "loves it".
According to Dr Lancer no animals are hurt in the treatment, he told the paper: “The stem cells are full of rich nutrients and the cells we harvest are amniotic, which means no harm is caused to the animals.”
That's good news!
We know animal lover Simon wouldn't want anyone suffering for his looks!
