Rusell Brand reportedly offered a bath and a hot meal to a homeless man he met on the streets of Los Angeles.

The Sun claims that the comedian met the man, known as 'Thomas', on his way home from a yoga session on a nearby street.

A witness told the paper: "This guy Thomas was in a bad way. He'd been lying on the floor and talking to himself.

"On leaving the studio in his car, Russell noticed him there and was parked and out of the vehicle in no time to help. He asked the guy his name and what was wrong."

They continued: "I heard him offer to take him for some food. Thomas said he wanted a burger, to which Russell replied, 'You don't want any of that cr*p, come to my house and you can have some proper food and a nice bath'."

Earlier this week it was reported that Russ crashed a go-kart into a wall whilst inside a TV studio, disrupting filming of Two And A Half Men with Ashton Kutcher, who apparently found it hilarious.
