Our hearts melted this morning after Robbie Williams unveiled the first picture of his baby girl Theodora Rose Williams to the world.

The singer took to Twitter page this morning (September 21) to share the picture of his three day old daughter.

In an accompanying message, he wrote: "Daddy's first nappy change. Teddy's first day."

Earlier this week, Robbie Williams spoke for the first time since he announced that his wife Ayda Field had given birth to their first child.

Williams, who is currently making his comeback ahead of his new album, made the announcement of his daughter’s arrival in a message on his official website.

On his blog he added: "Praise be, it's Theodora Rose Williams, affectionately known as Teddy... Born 3.33pm on 18.9.12, 7lbs 4oz.

"Baby, Mummy and Daddy are all rockin...Thank you for your best wishes."

Speaking to Capital FM, Robbie admitted that he could see his daughter heading into showbiz when she's older and take after her famous dad.

"I can't help thinking…her mum's a comedian and actress and her dad is me," the 'Candy' singer said.

"I just want a really quirky, kind kid. As long as she's kind and has got good manners then we're cool."

He added that his daughter won't get away with the rebellious things he used to do as a child. "It's going to be really difficult for her to get in trouble though with me," he confessed.

"My cousin, who I used to get in trouble with when I was about 12 or 13, his kids are now that age and he gives them a right rollicking.

Gary Barlow tweeted a message to the couple: "Massive congrats Rob and Ayda. So happy for you."

The Take That singer was worried that he would miss the birth of his first child as she arrived just two days after he completed a series of intimate UK gigs in support of his new album Take The Crown
