The newly-blonde star was spotted sneaking out for a cigarette whilst shooting her upcoming video on Thursday (September 20) night, spotted standing in the car park of Hollywood's famous Roosevelt hotel - a well known celeb hang out!
And whilst she's usually known for her ever- growing wardrobe of raunchy outfits, the star was spotted in a slightly less edgy get-up this time, as she appeared swamped in an over-sized white bathrobe as she lit up the cig.
We can't blame Miles for wanting to hide her outfit from the paps - definitely don't want to give anything away from the eagerly-anticipated vid, do we?
And the 'rocker' attitude doesn't stop at the smoking, as her sex life has reportedly been revealed, with Miley saying that her and Liam 'fulfil each others fantasies'.
According to The National Enquirer, Miley was overheard saying: "There's no holds barred...the sex is wild! Liam fulfills all my fantasies, and I fulfill his."
The source, who was apparently sitting near the star in a restaurant recently, alleges that Miley then went on to say that 'she and fiance Liam (Hemsworth) like to come up with the craziest places to have sex'.
