Miley Cyrus Defends Demi Moore On Drug Claims

Miley Cyrus has hit back at claims her ‘LOL’ co-star Demi Moore has been taking illicit drugs, saying “she doesn’t need the c**p.” 

The 19-year-old took to her Twitter account to defend the ‘Striptease’ star following reports Moore was seen partying at the 22nd birthday party of Cyrus’s boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in the days leading up to her hospitalisation.

“How can you talk c**p on someone you don’t know,” the Disney star tweeted. “Just because she’s in Hollywood doesn’t mean she’s on drugs. NOT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS!!!.”

Moore, 49, was spotted desperately clinging to her youth as she partied at Hemsworth’s birthday bash in Los Angeles with her daughter Rumer just nine days before her collapse, TMZ reported last week.

Photos of Cyrus licking a penis shaped cake at the party made headlines as they circled the internet.

Moore has been “on total lockdown” at £1000-a-night Cirque Lodge in Utah, a source told E! News.

The 'Ghost' actress was rushed to hospital on January 23 when she stopped breathing after reportedly inhaling nitrous oxide, aka laughing gas, that's used in whipped cream cans.
