Lea Michele has been keeping positive in the wake of the news that her boyfriend Cory Monteith has entered rehab, with the Glee actress heading back to work and tweeting upbeat thoughts this week.
Cory checked himself into rehab for substance abuse on March 31, with his co-star and girlfriend, Lea announcing she was standing by him and showing her man “love and support.”
Whilst Cory seeks help Lea hasn't been dwelling with the actress heading back to work on the Glee set this week. The star has kept her twitter followers up to date with her activities with her posts radiating positivity.
Lea tweeted at the beginning of the week to thank her fans for their support following Cory's news: "Still so overwhelmed by all the love and well wishes we have received from you all.. my heart is so full. It’s such a gorgeous day out today:)"
She followed that up with posts about her work life, tweeting "Back at #Glee today.. Getting ready to shoot a very fancy scene w/ @chriscolfer, @NayaRivera and SJP :)"
