Lauren Goodger: My Love For Mark Isn't Healthy

The tears, break-ups and make-ups is what we love about The Only Way Is Essex but it seems they have all been from one couple, Lauren and Mark.

Now Lauren has finally admitted that their tempestuous relationship, while entertaining for viewers isn't exactly healthy. The couple have been dating for ten years and even though Mark has now left the reality TV show 24-year-old Lauren revealed it is not over for them.

She told Now Magazine: "We resent each other sometimes. We’ve both been angry. But we do love each other even though it isn’t healthy."

The reality TV star admitted that they were addicted to each other and she does not know when or if it will ever end.

She said: "We both think this can’t go on for ever. We either have to get back together or call it a day. But at the minute we both have so much on that we wouldn’t get to see each other."

They may have been embroilled in their own love story but Mark has still found plently of time to hook-up with a string of Essex's beauties including TOWIE co-stars Sam Faiers and Lucy Mecklenburgh. But despite drunken arguements on screen Lauren claims she knows Mark isn't serious about them.

She revealed: "I'd be in bits, but I wouldn’t believe him. I’d say: "See you next week, Mark!" I’ve heard it all before."
