Kris Humphries Wants To Divorce Kim Kardashian To 'Expose' Her

Kim Kardashian may have wanted a quickie divorce from her husband of 72 days Kris Humphries, but she's not going to get it - so now, the reality star has sharpened her claws for a long fight.

As previously reported, Kim Kardashian and her ex both want the judge overseeing their case to allow TV stations and media into the court to hear the trial as Kim has filed for divorce based on "irreconcilable differences" while Kris wants an annulment based on "fraud".

Sources have told TMZ, that Kris and his lawyer Lee Hutton intend to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by giving proof that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had no intention of staying married to him but instead wanted bigger ratings for her TV show.

According to the celebrity website, Kris's fraud claim runs into trouble because he's the one that got down on a bended knee and also because he's now become a marketable brand since his relationship with Kim.

The couple's prenuptial agreement is also "extremely long" and refers to instances that could happen in the future - so was Kim bluffing the whole time? Or did she truly believe that they would be married forever?
