Khloe Kardashian could soon be keeping up with Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and L.A Reid as well as her family, after Simon hinted that the reality TV beauty who features in her family's E! Network show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, is a front-runner to host the X Factor USA.

For months, speculation has been rife as to who will host the show. Having insisted that the show will feature two hosts, names of various celebrities came out in abundance, including Khloe's.

Appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the media mogul revealed to the host where about in the process the show was to find the presenters to front the show, which kicked off last night.

He said: "We have screentested a load of people. I know who I would like, but no, I've got to get it approved by the network, so I think it would be wrong to say at this point just in case the network say no."

With no names revealed, Ellen pushed Simon for more information. Hinting that it could be Khloe who he wants to front the show with a male co-host, Simon added:

"It could be a Kardashian. It could be a Kardashian. I think that would work.

"I mean, I'm quite a fan of not putting hosts on this show because I think it's going to give it a different dynamic, so we've got to find people who've got a great chemistry. But Khloe's definitely up there in the running."

Reacting to the speculation that she could be fronting the show, Khloe told E! News recently:

"I'm a big fan of The X Factor. I've always wanted to do hosting or talk show hosting, so it's definitely something that I would love to do and would be honored to do. To be on such a huge show like that with those judges, I would have so much fun doing that."

And there would be no war of words between Si and KoKo, as the TV star added: "I love Simon. I think he's amazing. I love personalities like that because I'm someone who is very straightforward and I tell it like it is. That's what he's doing. He just doesn't want to blow smoke up people's asses."
