TwitterKendall Jenner is set to be an even bigger star than her older half sister Kim Kardashian, and is planning her break out from the Kardashian machine with her booming career as a model and fashionista.
The 16-year-old wants to be know for her other talents other than swanning around her big sister's reality TV show, and has posed in a striking photoshoot for Genlux magazine where she makes a bid to make her mark on the fashion industry.
The 5ft 11in model, who signed up to the Wilhelmina agency two years ago at the tender age of 14, and is the oldest daughter of Kris and Bruce Jenner, couldn't have been bolder about her affiliation with the Kardashian brand.
She claimed: ''My name is Kendall. Kendall Jenner. I am NOT a Kardashian.''
And the publication's creative director Stephen Kamifuji helped the young starlet break away from the K Klan trashy rep to photograph her with a sophisticated, catwalk ready image.

He said: ''The concept behind the headline is simple. Kendall is a lovely model with a great future.
''We were excited to feature her on our cover and in this eight-page fashion feature based solely on her beauty and stature – but also wanted to keep some distance from the reality television show.
''We feel the truthful statement achieves this,'' he added.
Kendall poses in a variety of stunning high-end designer outfits which edge towards haute couture, one image featuring the model wearing a navel-gazing Wes Gordon gold velvet top that retails for $1650, along with a lip skirt that is in the $500 region.
The aspiring supermodel has also played a big part in New York Fashion Week with her little sister Kylie, the girls both starring in Sherri Hill's runway show, with Kendall tweeting: ''Can't wait to walk in the @JustDanceGame fashion show by @tumblerandtipsy at #NYFW!''
