    Katie Holmes may to giving up her acting career to pursue a future as a lawyer.

    According to the National Enquirer, Katie Holmes is a bit bored of acting and has enrolled at a law school.

    An insider told the magazine that Katie wants to be a better role model to her daughter, Suri, and she's also keen to escape the media spotlight after her high profile split with Tom Cruise.

    Seeing as Katie gave up her chance to study at New York's Columbia University by deferring her place to appear in Dawson's Creek, this could be her second chance to get a higher education.

    Plus she can always ask her lawyer father Martin for help!
