Jessica Simpson has reportedly called off her wedding to former NFL star Eric Johnson because their relationship is "falling apart", according to a source.

The "family insider" has told the National Enquirer that Simpson is not a happy bunny. “This should be the happiest, most joyous time in Jessica’s life, but instead she’s miserable," says the source.

They also added: “She and Eric are just not happy together, and they’ve agreed to put off their wedding.”

Jessica and Eric looked fairly blissful in recent pictures that emerged from their holiday in Mexico just a couple of weeks ago.

However, according to GossipCop, an insider said that the two were still engaged, despite reports that they have split and that they've postponed their nuptials. "They are very happy," said the source.
