Jersey Shore may be done filming as a series, but a cast member is still paying for her shenanigans.

The restaurant that served Deena Cortese booze, which led to her inebriated arrest in June has been slapped with a five-figure fine for over-serving the Jersey Shore meatballand she’s been banned from their establishment for two years, according to TMZ.

Officials of New Jersey’s Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control announced the accord coming from an investigation of the 25-year-old reality star’s “failure to use the sidewalk” arrest, after police discovered her dancing in the street while under the influence.

According to the NJ Law & Public Safety Division, The Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grilled in Seaside Heights is mandated to give up $15,000 for serving Cortese after she appeared to already have had plenty of booze.

Part of the agreement, Cortese will be staying far away from the restaurant for the next couple of years.

NJ officials state that an MTV camera crew was with the meatball on that day she was over-served, and continued to film Cortese at the restaurant where she fell on her bottom, then standing up on a table where someone was trying to eat their meal.

Cortese pled guilty, and was ordered to cough up $139 in fines for her arrest.

Since then, the meatball also apologized for “causing any trouble.”

Somewhere in Jersey, the other meatball and new mom Snooki, shakes her head while she (breast) pumps.
