    James Arthur WINS X FACTOR 2012

    James Arthur has been crowned the winner of The X Factor after beating fellow contestant Jahmene Douglas.

    The singer gave a stunning rendition of his official winner's single, Impossible by Shontelle, which will also double as the competition's charity single.

    James is the first act to win the contest after being in the bottom two earlier in the series.

    Congratulations James! And Nicole Scherzinger!
