George Clooney Ready To Adopt Children

George Clooney is one of the hottest stars in Hollywood with a string of beautiful ex-girlfriends but the actor has admitted that he is missing one thing, children.

The 50-year-old, who is currently dating Stacey Kiebler joked that playing a father for his latest role in ‘The Descendants’ has made him realise that he needs some children soon. But don’t think the notorious bachelor is getting broody, he just wants a child so that they can pay for him when he is older.

The Hollywood heartthrob told The Insider: “I'm looking to adopt very successful people."

George then went on to say he would adopt his on-screen daughter Shailene Woodley because the 20 year-old had a big career ahead of her.

He joked: “I want to adopt Shailene Woodley. Because she's 20 and smart, and I figure she has a big career ahead and can support me.”

The Oscar contender was in high spirits as he chatted to The Insider and with the success of his latest film you can understand why .He beat best friend Brad Pitt to the Golden Globe for Best Actor and is nominated for two Academy Awards later this month.

The Actor is clearly enjoying his big screen success as he joked with fellow nominees Brad Pitt and Jonah Pitt at yesterday’s Academy Award luncheon in Los Angeles.
