Gary Barlow Mocks Geri Halliwell's X Factor Role, Jokes She Was Happy To Have A 'Job At Last'

X Factor's Gary Barlow mocked GerI Halliwell's role as a guest judge on the X Factor on tonight's Jonathan Ross show.

The judge, who was appearing on the show alongside fellow X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger and host Dermot O'Leary, was responding to Jonathan's question about his time spent with the Spice Girl during the auditions stage.

Having coyly responded to Ross' claim that Geri didn't have the best vocals in the Spice Girls, Gary said:

"I've known Geri for a long time, she's a sweetheart and U think she arrived that day thinking: 'I've got a job at last!' and she went for it and the producers were loving it!"

Making the comment about Geri gained a few gasps from the audience and guests Ellie Goulding and Taylor Swift who were also appearing on the show.

In the interview, that was broadcast after the first live show, also saw the judges talk about Simon Cowell and Nicole's act, Rylan Clark.
