There have been whispers recently that Dermot O'Leary had proposed to his girlfriend of ten years, and the rumours were confirmed on last night's Xtra Factor.
Presenter Caroline Flack took the opportunity to shout about Dermot's happy news, saying: "We want to congratulate you... on your engagement!"
Olly Murs asked Dermot why he had taken so long to propose to his long-term love, Dee Koppang.
Dermot jokingly replied: "Well, you don't want to rush these things."
Dee and Dermot reportedly bought a £3.5million home in London together in April.
