'Bridesmaids' star Chris O'Dowd has defended Megan Fox over her high-profile exit from the 'Transformers' franchise.
The British comic stars alongside the siren in 'Friends With Kids', which also re-unites him with 'Bridesmaids' stars Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Jon Hamm.

Fox was allegedly dropped from the robot series for calling director Michael Bay a "tyrant" on set. She was replaced in threequel 'Dark Of The Moon' by model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Speaking to the Toronto Sun, O'Dowd said: "I don't know the ins and outs of it but it's all down to having a fallout with Michael Bay. But who wouldn't have a fallout with him?
"It's one of the [most] sexist things I've ever seen. She called him an a******e. Well, he is a fucking a*****e. She's not the only one who's said that. Why has she been singled out?"
He declared: "I would never f*****g watch his films, never mind go and act in them."
Ouch!
Megan was recently pranked by a man in a giant banana suit on Ellen DeGeneres' chatshow.
