On tonight's Celebrity Big Brother, Heidi Montag finally seemed to start warming to Rylan Clark thanks to their mutual love of all things plastic.
Despite nominating each other for eviction, the celebrity housemates seemed to hit it off after Rylan decided to quiz Heidi about her plastic surgery while they bathed in the hot tub together.
After Rylan asked Heidi about her procedures 'The Hills' star opened up about why she decided to have them.
She told Rylan: "It was just when I was young, I wanted it and I just got a few things done, and then I got a few more things done.
"I kind of wish I'd never talked about it and that I'd kept it more private.
I never realised I would be a surgery girl for the rest of my life as I was honest about what I did and I just didn't want to be a liar. It kind of backfired"
Complimenting the reality star, Rylan told her: "I think you look brilliant. And not to be pervy but your tits are amazing. I wouldn't look at you and think you'd had surgery"
Heidi then replied: "Well that's why my surgeon was really brilliant. And even my family turned their back on me for a while with my surgery and stuff. I've only just started talking to my mum again.
"On TV they ripped me apart and I was like I'm done with this. I didn't talk to my family for two years and I never thought that would happen to me, me and my mum were like best friends growing up.
"I did change and I did become the person I was pretending to be in The Hills and I should have just stood up for myself. We both did [Heidi and Spencer].
"Now I've come back from it and I'm happy. It's about simplicity and health…and love. As long as I have Spencer I'm fine, and we'll be together forever"
During tonight's task, Heidi also refused to participate in not one but two challenges.
The first challenge the group were faced with was 'Pass the pass' where the housemates were tasked with sitting in a line and passing an object along it without dropping it while only using their mouths.
When Heidi realised that husband Spencer would have to pass an object to glamour model Lacey Banghard, she wasn't particularly pleased.
Taking to the Diary room Heidi told Big Brother: "I would request that Spencer not sit next to Lacey as we are married and that would not happen in my house. I'm not happy with that. So if he could switch with Ryan or anyone that would be fine but not women, that's just not happening".
Unfortunately for Heidi, Big Brother isn't prone to being told what to do by housemates, declining her request.
However Heidi and Spencer decided to give the challenge a go which turned out to involve no kissing what so ever.
The next task entitled 'Kissing Balls' also incensed the couple.
The aim of the game was to pass a ping pong ball between randomly selected pairs using only their lips to be deposited in a tub in the centre of the room.
With Heidi and Spencer both refusing to take part, the couple incurred twenty fails each.
On hearing the news, the housemates supported Spencer and Heidi with Ryan Maloney exclaiming: "That's absolutely disgusting Big Brother. People take a vow in the eyes of their god and they should be able to uphold it"
Following their housemates support, Spencer and Heidi seemed to do a 180 degree turn with regards to their opinions on their housemates.
Spencer told Big Brother: "Anything I ever felt about them in the past is completely void now. I don't think I have friends and family at home who would have protected us as much as our housemates did."
Isn't it nice when everyone gets a long eh?
