Is Britney Spears Calling Off Her 'Fake' Wedding?

Britney Spears is allegedly calling time on her relationship with Jason Trawick - and it's apparently all due to her discovering that her husband-to-be was hired by her father to keep her out of trouble.

These spectacular claims come from sources at The National Enquirer, who have come forward to reveal that Britney Spears is apparently calling off her wedding to Jason Trawick since she grew more and more suspicious of his motives as to marrying her.

And, according to these exclusive insiders, it seems as if Britney has discovered that Jason Trawick had been paid to "fake" their relationship - because her dad Jamie paid him to!

“Jamie wanted Britney to fall for Jason so he wouldn’t have to be with her all the time [and his] plan apparently worked like a charm.”

“Britney suspects that her father and Jason were playing her [and she] doesn’t like it, but she has no choice."

We refuse to believe that any father, no matter how famous his daughter, would pay someone a large sum of money to ensure that they could be “at her side all the time”. Perhaps the wedding has simply been delayed due to Britney's X Factor US commitments?
