Who would mind having POTUS tag along?

Papa Carter and Mama Beyonce had a one-of-a-kind date night Tuesday night when they got to spend some one-on-one time with President Barack Obama.

The music stars hosted a re-election campaign fundraiser at the Empire State of Mind rapper’s 40/40 club in New York City for Obama supporters to meet the president for themselves. (Tickets for the event were $40,000 each.)

The I Was Here songstress, 30, looked ravishing in a red body-hugging dress, along with glamorous curled blonde locks as she introduced the guest of the night.

"I can't tell you how proud we are to host tonight's event with President Obama," Beyonce said. "We believe in his vision."

In his speech, Obama, 51, joking said that the First Lady Michelle Obama and their daughters Malia, 14, and Sasha, 11, were "mad at me because they aren't here."

President Obama than expressed his gratitude – in the hippest way possible! – to the music power couple.

"To J and B, thank you so much for your friendship," Obama said. "Beyonce could not be a better role model for my girls."

The commander-in-chief also mentioned the hip-hop icon, 42, have a common ground.

"We both have daughters and our wives are more popular than we are," Obama joked. "So, you know, we've got a little bond there. It's hard, but it's okay."
