Ashlee Simpson Splits From Vincent Piazza?

Ouch! It looks like there may have been another relationship break up in the Simpson family.

After her parents Joe and Tina Simpson filed for divorce after 34 years of marriage recently – amid rumours that her father was gay – Ashlee Simpson has apparently split with her boyfriend.

After a year and a half of dating, the singer sister of Jessica Simpson and Vincent Piazza have called it quits.

A source told The New York Post's Page Six: "Vincent has been working a lot, so he hasn't been able to spend as much time with Ashlee, which has caused some problems.

"It was a mutual agreement to split, but things have been bumpy for a little while, so perhaps they might reconcile."

The 28-year-old and the Boardwalk Empire actor first began dating in 2011, not long after she split from Pete Wentz, her husband of three years and the father of her four-year-old son, Bronx.
