Amy Childs Slams TOWIE, Told She Would Never Be Allowed Back On The Show

Former The Only Way Is Essex's Amy Childs has hit out at the show after finding out that Lauren Goodger, who has become the most recent person to leave, can return to the show if she wants.

Claiming that she was told that she could never return to the show which follows the lives of a group of Essex natives, the star who went on to appear on Celebrity Big Brother and in her own reality TV show after her exit, said in her new! magazine column:

"I was really shocked to hear that the TOWIE producers have decided to let anyone who now leaves the show, including Lauren Goodger, back in the future.

"When I left to appear in Celebrity Big Brother, they told me that I could never go back, but now it seems the rules have changed. I loved being a part of TOWIE, but I don't regret leaving when I did. Still, it would have been nice to have been given the option to go back if I wanted to."

The star also gave her verdict on the speculation that Lauren's exit from TOWIE is related to her appearance on Dancing On Ice.

She added: "I'd love to see her on there. Although I hope she's good on skates because ice skating is bloody hard work."
