Just what the X Factor needs, another scandal on its hands.
Manager Julian White is claiming that Josh Cuthbert, Jamie Hamblett and Jaymi Hensley were originally part of band 'Rewind' who he put together last year.
However after the band started getting exposure, the boys allegedly dropped Julian, signed to another manager, changed their name to Triple J and applied for the X Factor.
Member Jaymi took to the band's official Twitter page this morning to express his thoughts on the matter.
He tweeted: "I do love it when sad people have to lie to hit the papers! #desperate! Jaymi x"

It's probably safe to say the boys are more worried about this weekend's X Factor live shows than this impending legal case.
Julian is claiming that after he confronted the boys over their decision, they became 'aggressive' although he doesn't go into much detail over how or why this was.
He told the Sun: "They got all aggressive when I asked them why they'd gone. But I've consulted my lawyer and as soon as they start earning I'm coming after them for five per cent of their earnings."

The boy's new manager has since spoken on behalf of the band saying that the boys aren't worried about the legal matter.
He said: "Union J are confident that the ex-manager of Triple J has no contractual claims over the band."
So Union J are aspiring pop stars by day and legal experts by night.
