Una has revealed, however, that her weight loss isn't down to any faddy diet - but just eating healthily.
Una Healy was back on stage with The Saturdays this weekend. Copyright [WENN]The star told OK! magazine: "I've just been on the go all the time. I eat really healthily. I was conscious of the fact that I couldn't exercise intensely for the first few weeks as I had a Caesarean."
However, she's now shifted her baby weight and is looking gorge.
The singer is getting married to England rugby star Ben Foden this summer, and went on to reveal that she's found her wedding dress.
