Tulisa: X Factor Rylan inspired me to dye my hair back

Tulisa has confessed that controversial X Factor contestant Rylan Clark motivated her to dye her hair back from blonde to brunette.

    Well, sort of.

Talking to omg! today alongside her girls category, we asked Tulisa if Rylan's decision to go from blonde to brunette inspired her to do the same.

Tulisa told us: "Oh yes, that's exactly why I did it!" [Insert sarcastic tone here]

Well it was worth an ask..

Talking about Rylan, Tulisa admitted that unlike Gary Barlow (who simply told us "no comment" yesterday) she has nothing but love for him.

She admitted:  "I love him; he's brilliant. I guarantee you when the live shows start he will be in my dressing room 24/7."

Tulisa and the girls chatted to us today

We can see it now, the two sharing hairspray and make up tips while the sound of Ibiza beats play in the background.

When Tulisa found out two weeks ago that she would be mentoring the girls category, it is fair to say that she seemed to be the only genuinely happy judge.

With this in mind, Tulisa feels sure that Lucy Spraggan, Jade Ellis and Ella Henderson will do her proud.

She explained: "I'm very confident; obviously you never know what could happen, as you've seen in years before."

"The whole way that things are perceived before the live shows completely gets flipped on its head once the live shows start."

So how does Tulisa plan to make sure her acts remain in the competition for the foreseeable future?

She told us: "All I can do is give 100% to my girls and bring the best out of them and know that I've done my job. Whoever is meant to win is meant to win."

"I do want to get them as far as all of them can possibly get in the competition. Fingers crossed that means one of them will win but you never know."
