Tulisa was out in London with the rest of The X Factor judges rocking a very natural look. She wore a cute black dress with a flared skirt matched with strappy black shoes.
She kept her makeup minimal, with next to no eye makeup - and the whole effect is a pretty, fresh faced look. We also like her simple, slightly wavy hair.
In fact, it's made us want to wipe off our own slap. We won't, though. We'd scare everyone in the office.

Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Tulisa met up to have 'crisis' talks, where Gary apparently told them that if there was a repeat of what happened on Sunday's show, then he'll be out.

However, we don't reckon Tulisa has much need to be worried - she's got the girls category, which has Ella Henderson in it. And everyone knows she's going to win.
