Westlife's Nicky Byrne has been one of the main eye candy sources on this year's Strictly Come Dancing.

And while we've always fancied the Irish blonde, we've FINALLY discovered the secret to his dashingly gorgeous looks.
A mirror.
Well it helps, anyway.
Fellow Strictly contestant Michael Vaughan has revealed that Nicky carries about a compact wherever he goes.

And the cricketer told Metro that the former boyband member is constantly asking if he looks OK.
Michael said: "He's never ever without a mirror. He's always got one in his pocket. He's always looking at himself saying "Am I all right? Am I all right?" He's like that absolutely."
We can solve that one for you Nick: YES.
Nicky really has nothing to worry about in the looks department - having carried off weird looks for two weeks running now.

Last week he painted his face green as he and partner Karen Hauer performed The Mask for Hollywood Week.
And on Saturday he took to the famous stage in a lab coat and white geeky glasses as the duo danced the tango to Weird Science.
The pair got a very reasonable 26 points for their attempt. And we still fancied him, safety specs and all.
Meanwhile fellow hottie Louis Smith had both a cracker and a mare of a week this time around.
He notched up the first nines of the competition with his amazing Tango to Disturbia by Rihanna.
But he then went and made a right old clanger when he tweeted that Sid Owen and Ola had left the competition 24 hours before it was shown on our screens.
We still love him though.
