Strictly Come Dancing stars wow backstage at press launch

Here at omg! Strictly Come Dancing fever has swept across the office since the line up was officially announced last night.

Tonight saw the stars of Strictly strut their stuff on the red carpet of the show's press launch.

Luckily for us all, one member of team Strictly had the good sense to tweet backstage photographs of all the contestants, judges and presenters.

    Nice work.

Tess Daly looked stunning in a form fitting optical illusion dress while co-presenter Bruce Forsyth was suited and booted as ever, if a little confused by the photographer.

Nicky Byrne and Louis Smith confirmed that they were indeed this year's hotties with Nicky going for a cheeky grin and thumbs up pose while Louis continued to simply smoulder (and make us weak at the knees).

Olympian Victoria Pendleton, with her gold medal and abs of steel, also posed for the backstage camera alongside actor Colin Salmon.

Victoria may have wowed at the Olympics but the gold medal cyclist warned fans of the show on Twitter that she might not be quite as good when it comes to dancing.

She posted: "Just like to warn everyone, dance experience is zero, unless jumping up and down in DM boots is considered dancing #Notborntodance #SCD"

Denise Van Outen and Lisa Riley seemed to have made fast friends with each other, both embracing their glamorous Strictly costumes.

Kimberley Walsh looked painfully stunning yet again and also got in on the tweeting action, sharing her excitement from the evening to her followers.

She posted: "That was so much fun! Never seen so many sequins on a red carpet! Can only be #SCD"

Right, hurry up Saturday; we can't wait to see this lot in action!
