Dancing the salsa to 'Time of My Life', Louis and partner Flavia successfully recreated the infamous lift from 'Dirty Dancing'.

Although she was clearly still enjoying what she was seeing, Darcey did have some advice for Louis as to how he could improve further.

She told the Olympian: "Thank you Louis I saw a spark of emotion! I would like you to go out to a nightclub and free up."

Bruno then chipped in: "Perhaps tonight", leaving Darcey yet again at a loss for words and blushing.

Louis' score of 30 wasn't quite enough to top the leader board however with Denise Van Outen taking pole position after tallying an impressive 32 points.

Denise and partner James wowed the judges with their fox trot to Toy Story theme 'You've got a Friend in Me'.

Poor Victoria Pendleton had another tough week, this time suffering a wardrobe malfunction during her Rumba.

The Olympian got tangled up in her dress leading to Bruno telling her after the dance: "Just when you started to fizzle, you boiled over."

When host Tess Daly congratulated Victoria on her performance, the cyclist joked: "Oh no, I nearly strangled myself and Brendan!"

The results of this week's public vote will be revealed Sunday evening.
