The skinny model uploaded a picture of her manicure on to Instagram, revealing her hand placed over her thigh to show off her new orange nails.

And while we did spend a few seconds looking at her perfectly-polished talons, we were suddenly sidetracked by just how TINY her thigh looks.

The 25-year-old, who is believed to weigh just over seven stone, is a UK size 6 and apparently has a 24-inch waist.

And the tiny model has JUST revealed her biggest diet secret - water.

Rosie tweeted a copy of her latest diet inspiration - a book called 'Dr Batmanghelidj's You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty', which apparently credits water as a way of staying slim and healthy.

Getting overly enthusiastic with her hashtags, Rosie tweeted: "A brilliant book I'm reading. We always knew water was good for us.

"Now discover why. Have you had your 8 glasses today??! #naturesmedicine #getdrinking #8aday #water #simple #safe #free #effective. [sic]!"

So just in case you didn't catch that, to have thighs as thin as Rosie's, just drink eight glasses of water a day! It's that simple!
