Revealing just how skinny she is with her hip bones on display, Abbey tweeted a near-naked picture from her latest photoshoot.

Posing in front of her make-up mirror in a mesh Julien Macdonald dress - with just a pair of nude knickers to cover her dignity - the 27-year-old looked tiny.

Abbey later tweeted a snap of herself sporting a dressing gown and posing next to her make-up artist, who labelled her "absolute perfection" to work with.

The model has recently come under fire for her weight, sparking concerns when she tweeted a painfully thin picture of herself in her underwear.

Abbey was inundated with comments from fans, urging her to "eat something" and labelling her "way too thin".

And that's not the only topic of conversation concerning her appearance that she has had to fend off of late.

Abbey's growing pout has sparked rumours of lip surgery, with Twitter users labelling it a dreaded "trout pout".

Abbey Clancy was recently accused of having surgery to enhance her lips.

Just three days ago she was snapped leaving a cosmetic surgery clinic with her hands over her lips.

And despite looking much fuller in the mouth when she eventually took her hand away, Abbey insists she didn't have work done.

Her spokesperson said: "She did not have any cosmetic work done there. She was taking Peter to the dentist."

In 2011 Abbey tweeted: "I swear I haven’t had my lips done!!!!"
