Clad in Gladiator style attire The Saturdays aka Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Una Healy, Rochelle Wiseman and Vanessa White adopted plenty of poses that said 'don't mess with me.'

Brunette beauty Frankie showed off her slender stems in black hot pants with jewel-encrusted bodice while in one shot crossed her arms adding that extra edge of attitude.

Her bestie, Mollie King, (also in hot pants, but she rocked a dogtooth print variety) showed of her fierce side but placing her hands on her hips.
All she needed was a nice neck swirl plus finger click and she'd have the whole hard girl act sorted.

New mum Una Healy in a pleated skirt mimicked this stance but she took hers to new levels with a bent knee and strong stare — we can only imagine this has been practiced on her man Ben Foden.
Vanessa White pushed the whole talk-to-the-hand pose to new heights adding in a nice bent back — we really need to copy this.

But bride-to-be Rochelle Wiseman wasn't having any of the attitude, and tried the hard girl look and failed — the bent knee is more of a dance move than a way to scare us off.
