Well that is at least with Julia's character Vivian from the 90's classic film 'Pretty Woman'.
Rihanna donned a pair of snakeskin, thigh high boots as she was greeted by fans in New York City last night.
The 'We found Love' singer teamed the eye catching boots with a black vest, barely there black shorts and a denim jacket.
It seems that when it comes to Rihanna's taste in fashion, the thighs the limit.
