It all started when Max George from The Wanted changed his display picture to one of himself and Usher.
Fair enough we say.

If we had a snap with Usher it would more than likely feature as out Facebook profile pic from time to time.
However, One Direction's Zayn Malik was less than impressed and tweeted Max to tell him he was a 'geek'.
A gentle ribbing, we did think.
Max tweeted Zayn back saying: "Does that mean I'm 'in'?"
Zayn then posted: "I'm not sure why your still talking to me mate conversation ended when I called you a geek. (sic)"
Still, fairly civil, until Zayn added: "Your display [picture] just how's how much of a wannabe you are."
OH, NO HE DIDN'T!
Now after a blow like that we are hardly surprised that Max had to get his boys involved, calling upon band mate Tom Parker for back up.
The gloves were very much off at this point.
Zayn then tweeted Tom, saying: "Mate, if I had a face like yours my hair would be the last thing I'd worry about."
Now, this is not the Zayn Malik we know and love, surely?
His nasty rant continued: "Let's not even start discussing vocal ability boys. Would love to chat gotta run though rehearsals."
To which Max said: "Enjoy rehearsals. Stay off the bud... It clearly makes u cranky," prompting Zayn to say: "Alright chlamydia boy ;)."
Which is ironic coming from the boy who caught chlamydia off a koala.
Zayn's band mate Louis Tomlinson then got involved, saying to Tom to: "pipe down bad boy", to which he responded by calling Louis a "sass master".
Yeah, we are starting to think that perhaps our fave boy bands aren't *too* mature after all.
The war went on for ages with Max finally tweeting: "Tell me you're problems without the 8 security in NYC... The only problem I have with you is the s**t banter. Grow up son."
To which Zayn said back:"I'd f**king love to, see you in new York big man ha u clown,"
The tweets have all since mysteriously disappeared after what we imagine was one very frightening phone call from One D's management.
