One Direction appeared on Alan Carr: Chatty Man last night and our highlight has to be the hilaire dance off between One D and Alan's band called er, The Alans.

Hands up who was watching last night, wasn't it amaze?
However, for those who missed the boys' appearance, luckily omg! are here to recap things for you.
Alan challenged the boys to a dance off, at which point the band launched into a LOLsome dance routine to LMFAO's Sexy and I Know It (what an apt song choice we did think).
However, it was The Alans who dance battled to victory, showing the boys just how it is done with a routine to We Found Love by Rihanna.

And who better to judge proceedings than Jessie J who was also appearing on the show.
However, we couldn't help but notice that lovely Zayn may have let the boys side down a bit, after he struggled with a few of the moves...
