Well it seemed to have worked wonders for Marvin's love life so we can understand why.
And it seems that Niall is clearly doing well for himself as he is reported to have paid a staggering £2.2 million on the property.
We wonder if Marv gave him a boy band discount.
The Mirror reports that that Marvin didn't feel the need to keep the bachelor pad after marrying The Satrurday's singer Rochelle Wiseman earlier this year.

A source said: "After marrying Rochelle, Marvin's beloved pad was no longer needed — so he put it on the market and it was quickly snapped up by Niall.
"He loves the place and was determined to get on the property ladder."
And it seems that this isn't going to be the only property Niall is planning on purchasing.
The source continued: "He hopes it's the start of a proper housing portfolio — especially now he's not short of a few bob."
Well maybe he should get Phil and Kirsty from 'Location, Location, Location' to help him out.
Now that would be an episode worth tuning in for.
The boy's second album 'Take Me Home' is currently on course to becoming this week's UK number one
We don't doubt they'll be pocketing a few extra quid for this which will probably help pay toward Niall's next property.
