One Direction took time out of their busy schedules to visit children's charity, Rays of Sunshine yesterday.

Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles all made the trip to meet some very special fans.
Be warned: you might just melt after you have seen this video.
However, we did laugh half way through when Harry's ex girlfriend Caroline Flack's name popped up!
One cheeky fan, Niamh made Harry a poster compiling headlines so it read:
"Caroline In Bits When Dumped" and "Gutted Over Harry's Secret Love For Niamh".

Wagging her finger at Harry, Niamh told him: "Now are you going to behave? This was when you were being very naughty."

Liam says: "A lot of the kids here are going through some really hard things, things that we have never experienced or could try and understand"
"So it is nice to try and put a smile back on their faces."
