One Direction might now be basically squilionaires but their management is still paying the rent on the houses that Niall Horan and Liam Payne live in!

While Louis, Harry and Zayn have moved out, Niall and Liam are still living in the north London flat provided Simon Cowell's record label Syco.
Apparently, some of JLS also live in the area and we just can't wait to be invited to their next house party. Yes, that was a bit of a hint there.
A source told The Sun: "Only Niall and Liam are left and they still pay just a fraction of the rent, with management picking up the rest of the tab."

"The rent they are paying is a token amount because their bosses want to teach them they'll have to pay all of their rent at some stage."
Well, we would think so seeing as the band are worth an estimated collective £32million.
Meanwhile, while Niall and Liam are paying peanuts, Zayn is willing to splash out a little more, bidding on a £2.2 million house.

However, Zayn left the homeowner fuming after he pulled out at the last minute.
The family were all packed up and ready to leave when Zayn withdrew his offer at the last minute.
The family said that fans had already caught wind of where Zayn was planning to move and the house was already being bombarded with sacks of fan mail.
