Niall Horan has hit back at Twitter bullies saying he refuses to listen to anyone who sends him nasty messages online.

Niall says while he does receive horrid messages, he just ignores them:
"I refuse to read the bad things and abuse that people post online to me, and it's only a small minority that say bad stuff," he says.
Believe it or not, there are even in existence Twitter accounts created just to send Niall horrible comments: @IHateNiallHoran is just one of these.

However, the One Direction star reckons these are just silly girls who only feel brave sitting behind a computer screen.
"It's a few very brave girls sitting behind a computer thinking they can do and say whatever they want," he says.
Keyboard warriors we like to call them.

Niall added: "I know other celebrities get freaked out about the death threats but I'm really carefree about it"
And anyone who wants to have a pop at Niall, beware: you'll have to get past his bodyguard first!
"I know more people like me than hate me, so I just chill. And if anyone wants to take a hit at me, I've got my big burly bodyguards: they're not going to get past them!"
However, it all got too much for his bandmate Zayn Malik who recently deleted his account after the comments got too much.
Although Zayn did reactivate his account 'for the fans'.
Like your gran says boys: sticks and stones, eh?
