It's reported that the pair were spied kissing and cuddling outside the X Factor studios last week and that Niall introduced Amy to everyone as 'his girlfriend'.
Plus, we've seen pictures of them together and it really does look like this might be the real deal.
So it would seem Demi Lovato was telling the truth when she said she and Niall were 'just good friends'.

A source told The Mirror: "Niall was introducing Amy to people as his girlfriend and they were very happy from the look of things."
"He was kissing and cuddling her when people weren't watching and seemed really into her."
OK, but we need details — what exactly is this Amy like?
The source says:"Amy was very posh and I have to say they seemed like a great couple. It's definitely early days but Amy was on his arm as a girlfriend not just a girl friend."
