We've been wondering for a while just what's been going on between Niall Horan and Demi Lovato.

The One Direction singer told Now magazine: "What actually happened was that I always used to say in my interviews that I liked her and she also said she liked me. We got in contact through Twitter and we just started chatting and became friends."
"Demi's one of the nicest girls I know. She's super-cool. She always texts me to see how I am. Nothing ever really happened."

He said: "When I've been in LA and had a few hours to myself, I've seen her a couple of times. We did go for a bit of dinner after the MTV Video Music Awards."
Well, if that's all it was then we'll forgive you.
It seemed like the pair were actually dating when Demi Lovato admitted to having a 'little crush' on Niall earlier this month.
She implied that the pair were casually seeing each other, saying: "He has a lot of great qualities. He is an amazing listener and makes me laugh a lot, two of the main qualities I look for. We enjoy having dinner when we get the chance. We speak and message all the time."
