Miley debuted her new look on Twitter yesterday to a round of applause from the hair world.
This time round, the cut is shorter and the colour is much blonder.
The man behind the beach blonde bob is Chris McMillan — the same man who made Jennifer Aniston an instant hair superstar back in the 1990s.

Literally everyone wanted a 'Rachel' and now it's believed the same will happen with the 'Miley'.
Miley tweeted on her own account last night: "ready for a change" which got us wondering.

However, all was soon revealed when her hairdresser tweeted a series of snaps of the Disney star with a brand new barnet!
