Footage of the glamour model addressing a crowd at Soho bar The Tranny Shack has emerged online with Katie revealing some extremely intimate details of her personal life.
Taking to the stage, Katie told audience members: "My ex-husband was a tranny, we f***** with a strap-on. And do you know what?
"It made me come really quick when I f***** him with a strap-on."
