She avoided the red-carpet trend to go heavy on the black eyeliner and instead opted to let her natural beauty do the talking.
Kate Beckinsale carried on with a monochrome theme adding an ivory shade to the carpet in a swirled embroidered dress by Naeem Khan.
The modest creation featured long sleeves and a simple neckline that allowed her miniscule waist to take centre stage with a ribbon at her smallest point.

She also opted for an up do with a low chignon with her side fringe sweeping down along her face.
The British star added dark red nails for a touch of vamp to the look along with gold drop earrings.
