To say that Jennifer Lawrence had a good evening last night would be the understatement of the year.
The 22-year-old actress was the toast of Hollywood after picking up (following falling down) the Best Actress gong.
However, it wasn’t just Jennifer’s accolade and clumsiness that had people talking.
The Silver Linings Playbook actress stunned on the red carpet before the ceremony and did it all over again when she changed for the Vanity Fair after party.
Jennifer changed from her troublesome Dior gown, which had caused her trip en route to the podium when picking up her award earlier that evening, into an all together sexier number.
Dressed in silver plunging neckline Calvin Klein dress, the actress beamed as she posed for the cameras, Oscar in hand.
The figure hugging gown showed off Jen’s svelte frame while she accessorised the aptly shimmering dress with simple earrings and stacked bangles.
The only thing Jennifer didn’t change was her sophisticated hairdo which remained tied back.
Jen looked at ease when walking down the red carpet despite earlier admitting this week that she hated having to do it.
She said: "Trust me, the red carpet is not fun. I'm really bad at walking in heels and I don't like people shouting at me - and that's pretty much all it is.
"It is nice to have a pretty dress but as soon as I start walking I'm miserable. When I'm in high heels I feel like an ogre."
We suppose winning an Oscar changes a girl's perspective.
